Costs & Registration

Participation Fee

$440. This is the only fee for the week and covers housing, meals, session expenses and shuttle to/from Trinity Ranch. A deposit of $220 is due with your registration. The balance can be paid upon arrival at Trinity Ranch.


$400 (approximately) for Round Trip airfare from Southern California, if you book early.

IMPORTANT Since each Trinity Encounter begins at 3 p.m. on Sunday, your flight reservations must be booked to enable your arrival in Missoula, before 1:00 p.m. to enable travel by shuttle to Trinity Ranch. Similarly, return flights should be booked to depart no earlier than Friday at 10:00 a.m. The shuttle will provide return transportation to the Missoula airport.

Airlines servicing Missoula: Delta, Alaska, American, United, Allegiant.

Upon receipt of your Registration and Deposit, a list of suggested flights will be provided.

The only cost of this week is your airfare and a $440 participation fee. All other costs are provided by a Foundation Grant and the donations of supportive Alumni.
